About Our Historical Records

In October 2026, Le Tournoi undertook a major exercise to reconstruct its history from the available records of the previous 24 years.

While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, some records are incomplete or no longer available. Our season introductions therefore combine documented results with the Society's recollections of the events, decisions and circumstances of the time.

We have recorded what the available evidence supports, rather than inventing missing results or explanations.

From the 2026 season onwards, historical records will be maintained annually using the results recorded throughout each completed season.
